Jeanne began her real estate career in 1991 helping buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area. She has consistently been a leader in residential sales ranking in the top 1% of agents in the city. Jeanne’s philosophy of “get the job done now” has proven to be a successful one in achieving the desired results for her clients. She is a true professional whose commitment to excellence results from vast years of sales experience stemming back to the 1970s. Jeanne worked 24 years in sales prior to real estate, hiring and training direct sales people. Real Estate combines her experience in sales with her love of meeting and working with people. It was very natural for her to enter the real estate field and apply those “customer satisfaction” principles to real estate.

Jeanne has since teamed up with her two daughters, Tina in 1996 and Maria in 2004. This smart working, full-time team will advise you through each step of your transaction. When working with Jeanne, you can expect Jeanne and the team to negotiate top dollar for your property. Jeanne is well known in the industry for pricing properties right and maximizing exposure of your home to potential buyers.

Tina has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. A graduate from Northern Kentucky University, Tina majored in Finance. She worked several years as a closing agent and in sales for a local title company. Now, Tina is a buying and selling agent in both Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Her professionalism and dedication to exceed clients’ expectations make her a great agent for our team. Tina prides her business on honesty, open communication and follow through.

In addition to being a top selling agent, Tina is the Closing Coordinator for the Rieder Team. She takes over every transaction once inspections are complete and finalizes the closing details including appraisals, financing matters, work orders, short sales and title issues. Her previous title company experience makes her an expert in this area.

Tina resides west of town with her husband Chris McClatchey and son, Henry.  She is very active in her community and various charities.

Maria started with the Rieder Team in 2004 after 14 years in the insurance industry. Growing up in a sales family made her entry into real estate a natural fit. She works full time helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. With customer service always at the forefront, Maria’s role is essential in meeting the individual needs of each client as well as contributing to the team’s overall success.

As the team Listing Coordinator, Maria’s attention to detail and hard work provides clients with a hassle free experience and guides them through the listing process start to contract….including prompt showing feedback, advice on the changing market, suggestions for property improvement, photography and signs. Maria values an honest relationship and protects her client’s interests as if they were her own.

Maria resides in West Chester with her husband and five children. She is very involved in her community and church. She is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Accounting and Information Systems.
