Innovative building techNOLOGies

Scott Mello is the founder of Innovative Building Technologies Inc. (IBT), a research development and manufacturing company that produces the most efficient green galvanized steel framed SIP panels in today’s innovative market.

The IBT panels are injected with a two-part polyurethane class-1 foam that allows the panels to be fire, hurricane, and earthquake resistant as well as insect and mold proof. These panels are double the insulation value of the standard home. Our panels are simply constructed using United States cold formed steel guidelines. Every structure has a Engineered stamp of approval. Our new technology will allow our homes to last a minimum of 250 years.

Scott has spent the last 5 years designing and engineering high production equipment to produce the panels as well as acquiring 3 United States Patents. We currently have homes in various parts of the United States.

While devoting his work to IBT, Scott also runs his own contracting company, Scott Mello General Contracting. Throughout the past 25 years, his successful contracting business has brought infrastructure of water, sewage, electricity, and road to many subdivisions and land developments in Ohio, Indiana, and South Carolina. Scott’s construction company has also been involved with the demolition, reconstruction and build-out of over 16 bank branches throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
